Responsibilities

• Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming experiences for guests.
• Supports restaurant prep for daily operation.
• Meets safety, quality, availability, and guest service standards.
• Ensures proper food quantities for daily service.
• Maintains safe food handling and hygiene practices.
• Assists with dishwashing and keeps a clean work area.
• Communicates issues to supervisors and supports operations as needed.
• Keeps knowledge of menu items, prices and specials.
• Participates in safety logs and waste control as necessary.
