Job summary

SSA Group is seeking a Food Service Cook to support restaurant preparation, maintain quality and safety standards, and deliver welcoming guest experiences.

The role requires team collaboration, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods and lift 10–35 lbs. Meals and benefits are offered as part of SSA Group’s program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years food preparation experience.
• Food handling license preferred.
• Ability to stay organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming experiences for guests.
• Support restaurant prep (BOH and line) for daily operation.
• Meet daily quickservice, safety, quality, and guest service standards.
• Ensure proper food quantities for daily service.
• Assist with dishwashing as necessary.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Uphold SSA policies and procedures.
• Communicate issues to supervisors to mitigate complaints.
