Job summary

Esplanade Madeira Ranch, located in Elk Grove, CA, is seeking a Full-Time Community Association Manager to administer operations of the community facilities and amenities. As part of Troon, you will lead staff, coordinate vendors and ensure adherence to governing documents.

Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $85,000 based on experience, with responsibilities including board liaison, financial reporting and safety oversight for a hospitality-focused residential environment.

Qualifications

• Two to three years CAM or related business experience preferred.
• Outstanding customer service, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills required.
• Experience in HOA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration, operation and management of community facilities and amenities.
• Prepare reports for Board of Directors and maintain records of the Association.
• Ensure compliance with rules, bylaws and governing documents.
• Supervise staff and manage vendor relationships to meet community standards.
• Monitor safety and maintenance, and coordinate with contractors as needed.
