Qualifications

• Guest relations, liquor knowledge, and menu knowledge.
• Service sequences, alcohol awareness, and POS operation.
• Quality service and standards, recipes and garnishes, money handling.
• Floor plan, specials, and sidework duties.

Responsibilities

• Be an effective salesperson with knowledge of menus, specials, and promos.
• Provide exceptional service to ensure guests have a great experience.
• Greet guests immediately and ensure prompt drink delivery.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members and stay organized.
• Maintain bar area, stock, and ensure Perfect Drink presentations.
• Have thorough knowledge of drink making techniques and recipes.
• Know bar accounting procedures.
