Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker in Rockford, IL to deliver attentive, friendly service and help clients achieve their financial goals. You will greet clients, assist with accounts, and guide digital banking usage using Chase Mobile, Chase.com, and ATMs.

You will work with branch teammates to provide seamless service in a welcoming on-site environment, following all regulatory requirements, and upholding Chase's customer‑first culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and ensuring policy compliance.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and digital tools like Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with team members to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and cash-handling duties in line with bank policies.
