Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver welcoming, attentive service and leverage digital banking tools to meet clients’ needs. You will build trusted relationships, educate clients on products, and collaborate with branch teammates to help clients achieve their financial goals.

The role emphasizes hospitality, client care, and teamwork within our Consumer & Community Banking division, with opportunities to grow in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and guiding them through the branch experience.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance, including opening new accounts, while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Support branch operations including cash devices in line with bank procedures.
