Qualifications

Hospitality background or customer-service experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
Ability to manage fast-paced environments and multitask.

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and professionally at the service department.
Explain service and repair recommendations with estimated costs and timelines.
Document customer concerns and vehicle issues in service records.
Coordinate vehicle inspections with service technicians.
Keep customers updated on progress and changes in timelines.
Review completed work and explain charges and services performed.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Maintain knowledge of dealership services, promotions, and manufacturer recommendations.
