Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring a Food & Beverage Associate to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils in a resort setting in Las Vegas.

You will support all dining outlets while maintaining OSHA standards and safety protocols. Responsibilities include washing, loading machines, hand-washing select items, stocking supplies, and assisting staff during peak hours.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Clark County Health Card required.
• Flexible schedule with availability on nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of food and beverage regulations.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, tableware, and utensils.
• Load and unload dishwashing machines.
• Hand-wash items like cutting boards, pots, and china.
• Store clean dishes and equipment properly.
• Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and report needs.
• Ensure enough clean dishes during peak hours.
• Monitor dishwashing machines and report issues.
• Assist colleagues with sanitation as needed.
