Job summary

Greens is seeking a mid-level interior designer with a strong hospitality background to lead design development from concept through documentation and procurement. You will work closely with the VP of Interior Design to maintain design intent, quality, and schedules while coordinating with consultants and clients.

The role offers growth toward a Senior position within a collaborative, design-focused studio.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hospitality design experience
• Degree or certification from an accredited interior design program
• Proficient in AutoCAD and related software tools
• Ability to manage documentation, budgets, and schedules across project phases
• Collaborative, design-focused mindset with client-facing skills

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of design deliverables across all project phases.
• Collaborate with the VP of Interior Design to uphold creative direction and technical excellence.
• Maintain project documentation, budgets, schedules, and drawing sets.
• Ensure brand and Greens standards across all deliverables.
• Support meetings, capture decisions, and track next steps.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with consultants during construction.
