Qualifications

• 6+ years of interior design experience with hospitality.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design development and execution.
• Experience leading design projects and teams through multiple phases, from concept to construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall design vision from concept through construction administration.
• Develop hospitality-driven design solutions aligned with client brand, guest experience, budget, and goals.
• Lead programming, conceptual design, space planning, FF&E development, and design documentation.
• Translate concepts into cohesive, executable design solutions while maintaining design integrity.
