Job summary

Gilley’s, LLC seeks a Business Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support strategic decisions and improve operational performance. You will develop, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards for leadership and teams across the business.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in data analytics, strong SQL/Python skills, and experience with Power BI. Hospitality knowledge is a plus; eligibility to obtain a Level II KRGC Gaming License is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or quantitative field preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Data/Business Analyst in a similar role.
• Experience with hospitality industry reporting systems is a plus.
• Strong SQL and Python programming skills; data visualization proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Extract, analyze, and interpret data from multiple systems to support operations.
• Develop, automate, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for leadership.
• Perform in-depth analysis of structured and unstructured data to identify trends and insights.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and support data-driven decision making for departments.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems and reports; document processes.
• Support system implementations, data integrations, and regulatory/data governance standards.
