Green Lake Conference Center (GLCC) seeks a dedicated Custodial Team Member to maintain clean, welcoming public spaces for guests and staff. This role supports guest comfort and safety, with duties spanning lobby cleaning, restrooms, and common areas.

Available as part-time or full-time non-exempt, starting at $15.00 per hour, with potential increases based on skills and performance. Schedule is 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Sunday–Saturday, with introductory period and potential benefits for full-time hires.

Formación

• Alignment with GLCC’s mission and values.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor including standing, bending, walking, or sitting for extended periods.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Detail-oriented with inventory accuracy and ensure timely pickup and delivery of supplies.
• Dependable, responsible, and reliable with a cooperative attitude.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Prior custodial, housekeeping, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Public Area Cleaning: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of lobbies, restrooms, stairwells, entryways, and other common spaces.
• Guest & Staff Communication: Communicate with leaders and peers to ensure efficient task completion and clear information sharing.
• Facility Knowledge & Assistance: Stay informed about GLCC facilities to answer guest inquiries and assist staff or volunteers as needed.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish housekeeping supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other LFS members to ensure timely and effective completion of tasks.
• Facility & Equipment Reporting: Identify and promptly report maintenance, repair, safety, or facility concerns.
• Work Area Organization: Maintain clean, orderly spaces and organized housekeeping closets and storage areas.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures when handling chemicals, supplies, and operating equipment.
• Secondary Duties: Assist with other housekeeping or LFS tasks as required.
• Other Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support operations.
