Job summary

Wonder is hiring Team Members in Sterling, VA to help bring world-class dishes to guests with a friendly, fast-paced service approach. You will prepare food, assist guests, and support meal-kit and delivery operations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Overnight shifts include a $2.00/hr premium (12:00 AM–5:00 AM). The role offers growth paths into Trainer and Supervisor positions as the team expands.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Create Amazing Food: Prepare menu items to Wonder standards, keep stations clean, stocked and organized.
• Follow HACCP and all food-safety guidelines, including proper temperatures and storage.
• Greet guests, assist with orders, pickups, payments, and the Wonder app.
• Manage inventory scans, ensure order accuracy before dispatch.
• Participate in light local marketing activities (flyers, street engagement, etc.).
• Keep Our Restaurants Looking Their Best: Maintain sanitation and cleanliness across kitchen and dining areas.
