Bars & Recreation is seeking a Crew Lead to guide hospitality and facility operations across Milwaukee-area venues. You will learn leadership and supervisory styles from senior managers while serving as the highest-level leader on duty during slower periods.

You’ll train crew members, resolve guest concerns, and help drive guest satisfaction, while adhering to health and safety standards and company playfully energetic culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in hospitality/service leadership
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience leading teams and coordinating guest service
• Must be able to obtain Class B Manager’s License (Milwaukee) if needed
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Excellent communication and guest service mindset
• Willingness to work weekends and varied shifts

Responsabilités

• Lead on-floor operations and guest flow during shifts
• Open facility and conduct pre-shift meetings
• Manage reservations, events and guest communications
• Mentor and train Crew Members; support SCLs/HOMs
• Ensure health and safety standards and cleanliness
• Support promotional activities and social media efforts
