Job summary

DC Restaurant Group in Arlington, VA is seeking a proactive Corporate Paralegal to support legal operations for a growing multi-brand hospitality company. This role works with executive leadership, HR, and operations on vendor agreements, leases, regulatory compliance, and corporate records.

Ideal candidates have paralegal or legal assistant experience, familiarity with licensing, contracts, and document management; a Notary Public certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Solid background as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant.
• Experience with corporate records, vendor agreements, and leases.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of cross‑department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and organize vendor agreements, leases, and corporate records.
• Support HR with employee relations documentation and policy administration.
• Coordinate licensing, permits, and insurance claims across locations.
• Act as liaison with outside counsel on litigation and employment matters.
• Conduct regulatory research to support hospitality operations.
