Job summary

Superhost Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Tax Accountant to join the corporate team in a hands-on financial role. You will support intercompany reconciliations, hotel billings, and timely postings while ensuring robust controls across multiple entities.

The role requires 4+ years of accounting experience, GAAP knowledge, and strong Excel skills. Hybrid or on-site work may be discussed, with focus on accurate financial statements and tax reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of accounting experience required.
• Hospitality or multi-entity accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with general ledger accounting and bank reconciliations.
• Experience with tax filings (sales and occupancy taxes).
• Strong Excel skills and GAAP understanding.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile intercompany balances between corporate and hotel entities.
• Manage corporate receivables related to hotel billings.
• Post corporate fees to operating entities in a timely manner.
• Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support hotel month-end close and consolidated financial reporting.
• Assist with tax filings and entity registrations.
• Support treasury activities and financial controls.
