Job summary

Carolina PRG is partnering with a hospitality organization in the Charlotte area to recruit a Corporate Accountant for the accounting team. This role offers exposure to corporate and property-level accounting across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of professional accounting experience with strong GL, reconciliations, and intercompany knowledge, thriving in a collaborative, detail‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional accounting experience.
• Hospitality industry accounting experience required.
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Experience working within a multi‑entity or multi‑location environment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to communicate and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare balance sheet and income statement account reconciliations and research discrepancies
• Support financial statement preparation and recurring financial reporting
• Partner with property-level accounting teams to assist with accounting questions and financial matters
• Handle intercompany accounting activity and related reconciliations
• Assist with month-end close activities and ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Provide accounting guidance and technical support to teams across multiple locations
• Support the Corporate Controller with day-to-day accounting activities and additional projects as needed
