Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead hospitality projects from pre-construction through closeout. This permanent role focuses on budgeting, scheduling, vendor management and coordination with developers, architects, engineers, and owners.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in hospitality construction, strong leadership, and a solid grasp of site development, permitting, and stakeholder management. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• 5+ years of proven hospitality construction project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all stages of construction projects from conception to completion.
• Develop, implement, and monitor project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers and owners.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors.
• Ensure health and safety standards and report issues.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to keep plans on track.
• Conduct site visits and present progress reports to stakeholders.
