Job summary

Thind Management is seeking a highly motivated Construction & Project Manager to oversee new construction and renovations within our hospitality properties. You will collaborate with architects, contractors, interior designers, and hotel management to deliver projects on time and within budget while upholding quality standards.

Your responsibilities include developing scopes, budgets, schedules, KPI metrics, coordinating teams, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in project management within hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans with scope, budget, schedule, and resources.
• Monitor progress and address issues through regular meetings.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
• Maintain stakeholder communication and reports for senior management.
• Prepare project documentation and change orders as needed.
