Eurest, a division of Compass Group USA, is seeking a passionate, people-focused Assistant Manager to assist the Delta Sky Club at Nashville, TN Airport (BNA). This role leads daily food service operations, guides the team, and ensures an exceptional guest experience while upholding corporate and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of food service management experience.
• 2 to 4 years of team leadership experience.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, bars, VIP lounges, corporate dining, and/or related food service operations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food.
• Financial experience and business acumen skills.
• ServSafe Certification is preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the internet.
• Associate’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with managing food service operations in accordance with the approved budget while providing the client with the maximum value for the dollars spent.
• Ensures the food, service, and hospitality delivered to the client, customers, and associates of the Delta Sky Club is of superior quality.
• Assists with hiring, training, and development of all Delta Sky Club team members.
• Supports all functions of the Delta Sky Club.
• Maintains excellent relationships with associates, guests, and clients, as well as other departments within the operation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
