Eurest, a division of Compass Group USA, is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Delta Sky Club at Nashville International Airport. You will help lead daily food service operations, inspire the team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience while upholding corporate standards.

This role requires 2–4 years of food service management and team leadership experience, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Strong budgeting, hospitality, and MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of food service management experience.
• 2–4 years of team leadership experience.
• ServSafe Certification is preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assists with managing food service operations within the approved budget while providing client value.
• Ensures the Delta Sky Club delivers superior quality in food, service, and hospitality.
• Assists with hiring, training, and development of Delta Sky Club team members.
• Supports all functions of the Delta Sky Club.
• Maintains excellent relationships with associates, guests, and clients across the operation.

As an Assistant Manager, you will help lead daily food service operations, inspire and support the team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining corporate and brand standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists with managing food service operations in accordance with the approved budget while providing the client with the maximum value for the dollars spent.
• Ensures the food, service, and hospitality delivered to the client, customers, and associates of the Delta Sky Club is of superior quality.
• Assists with hiring, training, and development of all Delta Sky Club team members
• Supports all functions of the Delta Sky Club
• Maintains excellent relationships with associates, guests, and clients, as well as other departments within the operation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
  

Qualifications:

• Flexible schedule/ Open availability is required - Opening, Closing & Weekends
• 2 to 4 years of food service management experience.
• 2 to 4 years of team leadership experience
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, bars, VIP lounges, corporate dining, and/or related food service operations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food.
• Financial experience and business acumen skills.
• ServSafe Certification is preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the internet.
