Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant inside and outside.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and maintain floors.
• Clean dining room, restrooms, kitchen areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Clean windows, glass, and high-touch surfaces.
• Empty trash and keep all waste areas clean.
• Report any repair or safety concerns to leadership.
