At Chick-fil-A Wilson, cleanliness is critical to food safety, operations, and the guest experience. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Cleaning Team and help maintain the high standards of our restaurant.

This role involves physical, detailed cleaning in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen environment, including deep cleaning equipment, removing grease buildup, scrubbing floors and drains, and maintaining Chick-fil-A sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Deep clean kitchen equipment and workstations
• Scrub floors, walls, drains, baseboards, and hard-to-reach areas
• Clean behind and underneath heavy kitchen equipment
• Degrease cooking areas, vents, and high-use surfaces
• Sweep, mop, and sanitize Back of House areas
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and chemical safety procedures
• Help prepare the restaurant for the next business day

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Able to bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working around cleaning chemicals, grease, and kitchen equipment
• Reliable transportation
• Evening availability required
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and sense of urgency
