Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Restaurant Care Specialist to keep our restaurant exceptionally clean, stocked, organized, and guest-ready throughout the day. You will help maintain cleanliness, support operations, and complete daily maintenance and deep cleaning tasks to reflect Chick-fil-A's commitment to excellence.

You will be responsible for cleaning dining areas, restrooms, beverage prep spaces, and exterior areas, as well as stocking supplies and assisting with deep cleaning projects.

Responsibilities

• Restaurant Cleanliness: maintain spotless dining room floors, sweep, mop, and spot-clean high-traffic areas.
• Restroom Excellence: clean and sanitize restrooms regularly and restock supplies.
• Beverage Preparation: prepare lemonade according to Chick-fil-A standards and keep the area clean.
• Stocking & Organization: restock sauces, condiments, napkins, straws, utensils, and beverage station supplies; organize storage areas.

Hours: 8 AM - 2 PM and 2 PM - 8 PM

Position Summary

The Restaurant Care Specialist ensures our restaurant remains exceptionally clean, stocked, organized, and guest-ready throughout the day. This role plays a critical part in creating an environment that reflects Chick-fil-A's commitment to excellence by maintaining cleanliness, supporting operations, and completing daily maintenance and deep cleaning tasks.

Primary Responsibilities

Restaurant Cleanliness

• Maintain spotless dining room floors throughout the day
• Sweep, mop, and spot clean high-traffic areas as needed
• Keep entrances and guest walkways clean and welcoming
• Clean glass doors, windows, and high-touch surfaces regularly
• Empty trash receptacles before they become full

Restroom Excellence

• Clean and sanitize restrooms on a regular schedule
• Restock paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and other supplies
• Ensure restrooms remain guest-ready at all times

Beverage Preparation

• Prepare fresh lemonade according to Chick-fil-A standards
• Monitor lemonade inventory throughout the day
• Maintain beverage preparation area cleanliness

Stocking & Organization

• Restock sauces, condiments, napkins, straws, utensils, and beverage station supplies
• Refill guest-facing condiment stations
• Assist with organizing storage areas when needed

Exterior Appearance

• Patrol parking lot, sidewalks, and landscaping throughout the day
• Remove trash and debris from outside areas
• Keep entrance areas clean and inviting

Deep Cleaning

• Complete assigned daily and weekly deep cleaning projects
• Clean walls, baseboards, vents, equipment exteriors, and other detailed areas
• Assist with seasonal cleaning and special projects

Daily Expectations

• Maintain a sense of urgency while working independently.
• Identify cleaning needs before they become guest concerns.
• Take ownership of the restaurant's appearance.
• Communicate supply needs before inventory runs low.
• Be flexible and assist where needed while keeping restaurant cleanliness as the top priority.
