Job summary

FreeRange Concepts in Dallas is seeking a friendly Busser to support our wait staff, prepare dining areas, and help create a smooth FOH operation. You will assist with setting up tables and maintaining a welcoming dining environment.

You will clear and reset tables, stock utensils, and uphold health and safety standards in a fast-paced restaurant, gaining hands-on experience in hospitality and service basics.

Qualifications

• Work experience as a Busser, Food Runner or other entry-level role in a restaurant is a plus
• Flexibility on shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
• Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining areas before guests are seated
• Place tableware and condiments on tables
• Remove dirty utensils and replenish, as needed
• Clean and reset tables after guests leave
• Maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas
