Barsella in Dallas is hiring as a front-of-house server to keep the dining room moving with speed and care. You will shuttle plates from kitchen to table, clear and reset tables, refill water, pre-bus, and back up every server.

The role covers the full room, requiring awareness of pressure points and menu knowledge to deliver any plate to any table. Ideal candidates move with purpose, stay busy, and take pride in a clean, well-run room.

Formación

• Must move with purpose and stay busy in a fast-paced dining room.
• Able to work well under loud, high-pressure conditions.
• Maintain a clean, well-run dining area and support the service team.

Responsabilidades

• Move food from kitchen to tables, hot and to the right seat.
• Clear and reset tables quickly; refill water; pre-bus as you go.
• Back up every server and read the floor pressure to step in before asked.
• Run any plate to any table and know the menu well.
