Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, seeks a Creative Coordinator to join our Area Marketing Team. You will design and produce print and digital assets—signage, menus, emails, and social graphics—to showcase the resort.

Collaborate with marketing to ensure brand consistency, adapt assets from templates, and support campaigns across events, dining, golf, spa, and seasonal offerings. A graphic design degree and a strong portfolio are preferred; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong portfolio showcasing print and digital design work.

Responsabilidades

• Design and produce print and digital marketing assets including signage, menus, advertisements, email graphics, and social media content.
• Support marketing campaigns that promote resort experiences, events, dining, golf, spa, and seasonal offerings.
• Assist with concept development and creative execution aligned with brand standards and marketing objectives.
• Update and adapt existing creative materials using templates and brand guidelines.
• Resize and format assets for use across digital and print platforms.
