Job summary

Concessions International is seeking a bartender/server to provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment. You will greet guests, explain menu items, and promote features while preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to company recipes.

Position requires knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor, the ability to interact with guests and coworkers, and adherence to responsible beverage service and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Must have alcohol awareness certification.
• Must have knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests promptly and creating a welcoming environment.
• Explain menu items and use suggestive selling techniques for promotions.
• Take accurate orders and prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per recipes.
• Maintain a fully stocked bar with mixers, supplies, glassware, and garnishes.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash responsibilities.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely service and maintain a clean workstation.
• Follow alcohol service policies and safety guidelines.
• Adhere to safe food handling and hygiene standards.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management.
• Complete opening, closing, and side work as per checklists.
• Perform additional duties to support restaurant operations.
