Job summary

The Harrison Group is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and lead banquet services across multiple venues. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous restaurant management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Supervise and motivate front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders.
• Lead the planning, setup, and execution of property banquets and special events.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth food and beverage service during events.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
