Thomas Franks in Charlotte is seeking a Hospitality Assistant to join a busy catering operation. The role is Monday to Friday, full-time, 32 hours per week, with a pay rate of $12.00 per hour.

You will assist in serving customers, replenishing stocks, making hot drinks, and clearing down; Barista skills are essential. You should have hospitality experience, be an all-round team player, and demonstrate clear spoken and written English.

Qualifications

• Minimum hospitality experience in a catering environment.
• Strong team player with attention to detail.
• Good verbal English and ability to read/write in English.

Responsabilités

• Ensure food hygiene and health & safety policies are followed; control wastage.

Hospitality Assistant - Monday to Friday

Salary: $ 12.00 per hour
Hours: 32 per week

A stunning B&I location for an American alternative investment and financial services management firm based out of Charlotte, North Carolina. Catering for around 400 people daily, we offer a core feeding of Breakfast, Lunch and a café area. This is a Monday to Friday operation and has great transport links.

We are looking for a hospitality assistant to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in Charlotte.

You will ideally have previous experience of working within a fast-paced catering environment as a hospitality assistant or supervisor.

You will enjoy what you do, working with a great team, for a company fanatical about food serving wonderful customers.

Key responsibilities:

• To work at the hospitality operation in question
• Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
• Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
• To support the team with serving customers, replenishing stocks, making hot drinks, clearing down (Barista skills essential).

You will have the following skills:

• Hospitality experience required
• An all-round team player
• Organised with attention to detail
• Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good understanding and use of verbal English.
• Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good standard of written English and reading skills.
• Similar experience of customer and / or food preparation environment is preferred
