Responsibilities

• Lead the catering team in day-to-day production and service across the site.
• Deliver both client budgets and company annual budget.
• Develop and implement dining and hospitality facilities across the site.
• Prepare and report monthly and annual Profit & Loss statements for Thomas Franks.
• Develop catering offers in line with client expectations and budgets.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across locations throughout the year.
• Set standards and motivate staff to deliver.
• Engage with members and clients to meet requirements.
• Manage food services as directed by Operations Manager.
