Job summary

The Escape Game, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training for our Midtown Manhattan location. This full-time role supports the GM, drives our guest-centric hospitality, and develops the team to uphold high standards.

Qualified candidates show flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and can manage physical tasks and fast-paced environments while aligning with uniform standards.

Qualifications

• Must work at least 2 weekend shifts and 2 night shifts per week unless requested off in writing through email and TEG’s timekeeping software at least two weeks in advance.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Able to handle physical activity related to the job (deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30–40 lbs, minor game repairs).
• Align with TEG’s Uniform Standards.
