The Escape Game in Gatlinburg is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to join the team. You will support the GM, execute initiatives, and coach teammates to uphold our standards while delivering world-class hospitality.

This role requires flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays, with readiness to handle physical tasks as part of a dynamic guest experience in The Island at Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work at least 2 weekend shifts and 2 night shifts per week.
• Flexible availability; nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must handle physical activity (deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30-40 lbs).
• Align with The Escape Game Uniform Standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the GM by executing initiatives and coaching team to uphold TEG standards.
• Champion TEG values and guest-focused service.
• Support world-class hospitality and ensure guests have an exceptional day.
