Job summary

Procaccianti Companies seeks an Asset Management Analyst to join our Cranston, RI headquarters. You will support the Asset Management team to maximize portfolio performance across a nationwide hospitality platform, engaging in hotel operations, real estate finance, and strategy with ownership-level exposure.

You will work with senior leadership, analyze hotel performance, prepare reports, and assist with refinancings, acquisitions, and governance discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred in hotel asset management, hospitality finance, or real estate analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong financial modeling capabilities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze hotel performance against budgets, prior-year results, and market benchmarks.
• Evaluate KPIs (Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, GOP, NOI) for trends and opportunities.

We are seeking a highly motivated, analytically driven Asset Management Analyst to join our corporate headquarters in Cranston, Rhode Island. This is a unique opportunity to gain direct exposure to hotel operations, real estate finance, investment strategy, and ownership-level decision-making within a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

You'll work alongside senior leadership and play an active role in managing a nationally recognized hospitality portfolio while developing the skills and experience necessary for long-term growth within the organization.

What You'll Do

As an Asset Management Analyst, you will support the Asset Management team in maximizing portfolio performance and driving value creation across a diverse hospitality platform. Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing hotel operational and financial performance against budgets, prior-year results, and market benchmarks
• Evaluating key hospitality KPIs including Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, GOP, and NOI to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
• Preparing investor presentations, lender reporting packages, and ad hoc financial analyses for senior leadership
• Monitoring guest satisfaction metrics, brand quality scores, and customer feedback to identify operational improvement opportunities
• Maintaining asset management databases and ensuring accurate financial, operational, and legal property documentation
• Reviewing hotel operational reports and synthesizing insights for the broader Asset Management team
• Assisting with loan covenant compliance and lender reporting requirements
• Participating in high-level property meetings including revenue management, sales & marketing, monthly P&L reviews, investor discussions, and construction updates
• Supporting refinancing initiatives through lender coordination, deal tracking, and financial package preparation
• Assisting with acquisitions and dispositions, including due diligence, transition management, and cross-functional coordination
• Contributing to strategic discussions involving management agreements, franchise negotiations, lease reviews, and lender communications
