Job summary

American Society of Civil Engineers is seeking a Project Coordinator to support architectural design and development for hospitality and resort projects, including large hotel and resort amenities in Arcadia, CA. Responsibilities

Coordinate architectural design and development for hospitality and resort projects, including large-scale hotel, resort villa, and amenity space developments.
Develop project objectives, requirements, and schedules in coordination with ownership and project managers.
Conduct studies on architectural feasibility, cost analysis, space planning, and unit layout optimization during schematic and design development phases.
Coordinate the drafting of architectural drawings, test fits, layout studies, and 3D massing models produced by Architectural Designers using AutoCAD and Rhinoceros.
Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, civil, landscape, and interiors) to align designs with technical requirements and ensure code compliance.
Oversee entitlement and permitting documentation, including zoning review, code analysis, and agency coordination.
Conduct site visits to ensure contractors follow the design, meet schedule, use specified materials, and meet work-quality standards.
Stay abreast of tech advances and industry trends in architecture to support project management and implementation.
