HBG Design is seeking an accomplished Architect to contribute to hospitality and entertainment projects, transitioning design concepts into buildable solutions. You will prepare architectural designs and construction documents, using Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop, while collaborating across teams to meet budgets and deadlines.

The role emphasizes mentorship of junior staff, understanding building materials and codes, and delivering high-caliber projects within a dynamic team environment at HBG

Qualifications

• Four- or five-year architecture degree from an accredited program.
• Experience in hospitality, gaming, and/or entertainment design preferred.
• Knowledge of building technology and the design process.
• Familiarity with building codes and standards.
• Portfolio illustrating design contributions and design sensitivity.
• Ability to collaborate to resolve complex technical and design challenges.
• Strong organization and communication abilities.
• Experience mentoring and leading junior staff.
• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Translate design concepts into cost-effective and innovative building designs using knowledge of materials and construction methods.
• Use Revit to create 3D models and construction documents within deadlines and budgets.
• Research and interpret architectural systems, materials, and codes under guidance.
• Document and maintain project design files including material selections and construction methods.
• Collaborate to brainstorm and develop design solutions.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Assist Project Architect with submittals, RFIs, and ASIs as needed.
