Job summary

Steelman Partners is seeking an experienced Architect (Construction Administrator) specializing in hospitality. The candidate should have at least 5 years of architect experience and be willing to relocate to the Geyserville, CA area.

The role involves substantial field oversight, coordination with consultants, and site-based decision making. Responsibilities include site visits, RFIs review, field reporting, and cross-disciplinary collaboration to ensure design intent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited school.
• ,
• 8+ years of architectural design experience with CA experience (min 5 years).

Responsibilities

• Perform majority of site visits during construction and ensure conformance with design intent.
• Collaborate with design teams, clients, consultants, and contractors to meet project objectives.
• Prepare field reports for Project Manager approval.
• Review RFIs and submittals to support design team.
• Coordinate with owner, general contractor, and engineers; generate field reports.
