Job summary

Steelman Partners in Geyserville, CA seeks an experienced Architect (Construction Administrator) with a hospitality specialty to lead site visits, ensure construction aligns with design intent, and coordinate with owners, consultants, contractors and vendors to meet project objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and 8+ years of architectural experience with CA work; at least 5 years in construction administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of architect experience with CA experience required.
• Willingness to relocate to the Geyserville, CA area.
• Hospitality project experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform majority of site visits during construction and ensure conformance with design intent.
• Collaborate with design teams, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulators, and other vendors to meet project objectives.
• Provide field reports and assist with punch lists and QC reviews.
