Qualifications

• Background in accounts payable in hospitality, F&B, or restaurant industry.
• 3+ years AP experience in high-volume invoice processing.
• High School Diploma required.
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel; strong Excel skills.
• Proficient in data entry.
• Familiar with office equipment (copier, fax, phone).
• Customer service experience.
• Able to work flexible hours and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume vendor invoices (500+ monthly) and check requests.
• Perform 3-way matching (PO / invoice / receipt).
• Process, track, and mail checks; manage weekly check runs.
• Produce weekly to bi-weekly payment reports for approvals.
• Reconcile vendor statements and monitor accounts/billings for current payments.
• Communicate with vendors, managers, and upper management; respond to inquiries.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies, missing invoices, outstanding checks.
• Maintain AP aging reports and support month-end close.
• Setup/transfer service for utility accounts; maintain automatic/recurring payments.
• Maintain unpaid invoice filing; process vendor address changes; obtain W-9 forms and 1099s.
• Setup/maintain vendor contacts in R365, QuickBooks, Sage Intacct; assist with cleanup.
• Other duties may be assigned.
