PruittHealth is seeking a Hospitality Aide HCC to support residents in skilled nursing facilities by providing concierge-style services, helping with basic tasks, and coordinating with CNAs and Activities staff. The role emphasizes teamwork and a caring, resident-centered approach.

You will assist with bed making, passing ice and meal trays, answering call lights, and aiding residents in wheelchairs, all while pursuing CNA training and eventual certification.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a CNA training class within 90 days of hire.
• Must be state certified as a CNA within 6 months of hire.

JOB PURPOSE:

Support role to provide concierge services to residents in skilled nursing facilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 1.Make beds and provide supplemental support to housekeeping by keeping resident rooms neat and orderly.
• 2.Assist CNAs by passing ice, passing out meal trays and by answering call lights. The Hospitality Aide is not clinical and cannot feed a resident or provide any hands‑on care.
• 3.Assist Activities Department by pushing residents in wheelchairs to Activities within the healthcare center.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

• Must be enrolled in a CNA training class within 90 days of hire.
• Must be state certified as a CNA within 6 months of hire or employment will be terminated.

Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:

• High School Diploma or GED

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: (Preferred qualifications)

• Must be willing and qualified to complete a state required Certified Nursing Assistant training class and pass certification exam.
