PruittHealth – Crystal Coast in Beaufort, NC is seeking a Hospitality Aide to support residents with non-clinical, concierge-like services in a skilled nursing setting.

The role emphasizes hospitality, room neatness, meal tray distribution, and assisting CNAs while ensuring safety and comfort for residents. A friendly, service-oriented attitude and willingness to complete CNA training are required. No hands-on care is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service orientation.
• Must enroll in a CNA training class within 90 days of hire.
• Must obtain CNA certification within 6 months of hire or employment will be terminated.

• Make beds and keep resident rooms neat and orderly.
• Assist CNAs by passing ice, passing meal trays and answering call lights.
• Assist Activities Department by pushing residents in wheelchairs to activities within the center.
• Hospitality Aide is not clinical; does not feed residents or provide hands-on care.

• Assist Activities Department by pushing residents in wheelchairs to activities within the healthcare center.
• Hospitality Aide is not clinical and cannot feed a resident or provide any hands‑on care.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Strong customer service orientation.
• Must be enrolled in a CNA training class within 90 days of hire.
• Must be state certified as a CNA within 6 months of hire or employment will be terminated.

Minimum Education Required

High School Diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications

Must be willing and qualified to complete a state‑required Certified Nursing Assistant training class and pass the certification exam.
