Right at Home in Parkersburg, WV is hiring a Hospital Caregiver to support patients in a hospital setting. You will provide non-clinical comfort, help with daily tasks, and assist nursing staff as needed, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

The role offers flexible shifts (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am), weekend coverage, and opportunities to grow with a respected home care team committed to safety, infection control, and quality patient experiences.

Formación

• Able to start ASAP
• Pass a background check
• Possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
• Previous experience in healthcare or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient sitter coverage
• Answer call lights and relay patient requests to appropriate staff
• Refill water pitchers and ensure patients have access to fresh water
• Stock and organize patient rooms with essential supplies
• Assist with meal service
• Assist nursing staff with basic patient care tasks as needed, under supervision
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for patients and staff
• Follow all hospital policies, procedures, and infection control guidelines

Right at Home is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospital Caregiver to join our team. This position plays a vital role in enhancing the patient experience by providing non-clinical support to patients, families, and nursing staff. The Hospitality Aide ensures that patient rooms are well-stocked, comfortable, and that patients' needs are met in a timely and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:
