The Arboretum of Winnie in Winnie, TX is seeking a compassionate Hospitality Aide to support residents with non-clinical daily care and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. You will assist with meals, laundry, and safety-compliant tasks while upholding high standards of dignity and respect.

Ideal candidates are reliable, organized, patient, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting, working well independently or with a team to enhance resident comfort and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Support Nursing Services with non-clinical tasks (bed-making, passing water/ice, answering call lights, gathering supplies).
• Assist with meals: prepare, deliver, and clean up according to dietary guidelines.
• Encourage participation in activities and social programs.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas.
• Provide laundry assistance as needed.
• Follow safety and compliance standards and policies.
• Observe and report safety concerns to management/nursing staff.
• Assist with additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations.

Your Impact as a Hospitality Aide

• Support Nursing Services (Non-Clinical): Assist the nursing department with non-nursing tasks, including bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.

• Assist with Meals: Prepare,deliver, and clean upmeals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.

• Encourage Participation: Support a positive living environment by encouraging residents to engage in activities and social programs.

• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep resident rooms andcommon areasclean, organized, and safe.

• Provide Laundry Assistance:Assistwith resident laundry services as needed.

• Follow Safety & Compliance Standards:Comply withthe Patient Bill of Rights, Employee Responsibilities, and all company and departmental safety policies and procedures.

• Observeand Report:Identifyand promptly report concerns, safety issues, or conditions requiring management or nursingattention.

• Assistas Needed: Performadditionalnon-clinicalduties to supportdailyfacility operations.
