You will document care procedures, communicate clearly, and work independently or in a team to enhance resident comfort and well-being in a fast-paced facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist with non-clinical tasks: bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, gathering supplies.

• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas.
• Assist with resident laundry as needed.
• Follow safety policies and report concerns promptly.
• Observe and report safety issues to management or nursing.
• Perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily operations.

Your Impact as a Hospitality Aide

In this role, you will:

• Support Nursing Services (Non-Clinical): Assist the nursing department with non-nursing tasks, including bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.
• Assist with Meals: Prepare,deliver, and clean upmeals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Encourage Participation: Support a positive living environment by encouraging residents to engage in activities and social programs.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep resident rooms andcommon areasclean, organized, and safe.
• Provide Laundry Assistance: Assistwith resident laundry services as needed.
• Follow Safety & Compliance Standards: Comply withthe Patient Bill of Rights, Employee Responsibilities, and all company and departmental safety policies and procedures.
• Observeand Report: Identifyand promptly report concerns, safety issues, or conditions requiring management or nursingattention.
• Assistas Needed: Performadditionalnon-clinicalduties to supportdailyfacility operations.
