Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a Hospitality Aide to support caregivers, greet residents, and help provide a safe, comfortable environment. Attend the Nurse Aide Class as part of joining the team.

This full-time role offers 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. shifts in Kentucky, with $16 per hour, comprehensive benefits, PTO, retirement plan, and opportunities for career growth through tuition and leadership programs.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a high school program or be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Previous experience in long-term care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist caregivers to provide a safe environment and attend to residents' physical needs.
• Greet residents and visitors, answer calls, and carry out administrative tasks as needed.
• Support Nursing Assistants and Charge Nurse and follow health and infection control policies.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The primary purpose of your job is to assist caregivers to provide a safe environment, give emotional and social support, and attend to the resident's physical needs and comfort. Performs supportive role to Nursing Assistants and Charge Nurse.Responsible for greeting members/guests, answering the telephone, answering inquires, and providing the service that individuals expect. Administrative tasks are also asked of this position. Performs other duties as directed by representatives of the community. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures.

Education & Qualifications:

• Must be enrolled in a high school program or be a high school graduate or equivalent.

• Previous experience in long-term care preferred but not required.

• Must be able to communicate in English and have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

• Must possess and demonstrate the ability to carry out both verbal and written directions.

Shift & Wage:
