Job summary

Presbyterian Senior Living is seeking a Hospitality Aide who will support residents before completing CNA training. Compensation is $16/hour with full-time day or night shifts. Role includes responding to calls, assisting nursing staff, delivering meals, and light housekeeping as described.

This position rotates weekends and holidays and does not involve direct resident care. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, being 18+, and the ability to attend CNA training courses.

• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to call bells and assist residents.
• Assist the nursing team as needed.
• Assist with meal delivery to residents.
• Perform simple housekeeping tasks: make beds, straighten rooms, water plants, light laundry, change linen.
• This role does not provide direct resident care.

Compensation $16/hour - Must be able to attend CNA course during Day shift for 3 weeks

Status: Full Time Day (both 8 and 12-hour shifts), Full Time Night (8 hour shifts)

Shift:

Various, Rotating Weekends and Holidays

The Hospitality Aide works prior to completing the CNA program by:

• Responding to call bells


• Assisting the nursing team as needed


• Assisting with meal delivery


• Simple housekeeping tasks for residents; Straightening rooms - making beds - watering plants - light laundry – assisting residents with linen changes


• This role does not provide direct resident care
