Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Hospitality Aide to support residents' daily care and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This full-time role requires reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

You will assist Nursing Services with non-clinical tasks, help with meals, encourage participation in activities, keep spaces clean, and support daily operations. Equal Opportunity Employer. Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.
• Prepare and assist with meals, deliver, and clean up following dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Encourage residents to participate in activities and social programs.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas.
• Provide laundry assistance as needed.
• Follow safety and compliance standards and report concerns promptly.
• Observe and report safety issues or conditions requiring attention by management or nursing staff.
• Assist with additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations.

Your Impact as a Hospitality Aide

In this role, you will:

• Support Nursing Services (Non-Clinical): Assist the nursing department with non-nursing tasks, including bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.
• Assist with Meals: Prepare,deliver, and clean upmeals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Encourage Participation: Support a positive living environment by encouraging residents to engage in activities and social programs.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep resident rooms andcommon areasclean, organized, and safe.
• Provide Laundry Assistance: Assistwith resident laundry services as needed.
• Follow Safety & Compliance Standards: Comply withthe Patient Bill of Rights, Employee Responsibilities, and all company and departmental safety policies and procedures.
• Observeand Report: Identifyand promptly report concerns, safety issues, or conditions requiring management or nursingattention.
• Assistas Needed: Performadditionalnon-clinicalduties to supportdailyfacility operations.
