Job summary

Lake Lodge Nursing is seeking a dedicated Hospitality Aide to support residents with non-clinical tasks, assist with meals, and help maintain a clean, safe environment. You will promote resident well-being, encourage participation in activities, and contribute to smooth daily facility operations.

Success in this position requires reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Your Impact as a Hospitality Aide

In this role, you will:

• Support Nursing Services (Non-Clinical): Assist the nursing department with non-nursing tasks, including bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.
• Assist with Meals: Prepare,deliver, and clean upmeals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Encourage Participation: Support a positive living environment by encouraging residents to engage in activities and social programs.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep resident rooms andcommon areasclean, organized, and safe.
• Provide Laundry Assistance: Assistwith resident laundry services as needed.
• Follow Safety & Compliance Standards: Comply withthe Patient Bill of Rights, Employee Responsibilities, and all company and departmental safety policies and procedures.
• Observeand Report: Identifyand promptly report concerns, safety issues, or conditions requiring management or nursingattention.
• Assistas Needed: Performadditionalnon-clinicalduties to supportdailyfacility operations.
