Qualifications

• 5–8 years of total professional experience in real estate private equity or related investment environments.
• Meaningful transaction experience involving hospitality assets.
• Strong financial modeling, underwriting, valuation, and analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple live transactions in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and cultivate new investment opportunities through brokers, owners, lenders, and industry participants.
• Lead underwriting, financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis for acquisitions.
• Manage due diligence, transaction execution, and closing processes with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare investment memoranda and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities.
