Overview: A private equity firm focused on hotel and hospitality assets is seeking a Vice President of Development to lead end-to-end execution of complex real‑estate development projects. The role is based in New York City and requires a strong track record delivering ground‑up or major redevelopment projects, ideally including hotel/hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Support acquisitions with technical due diligence, feasibility, zoning review, and early budgeting.
• Oversee entitlements, permitting, and coordination with city agencies.
• Manage architects, engineers, and consultants through all design phases.
